I’m Laura! 

Hi, I’m Laura — Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, mom of three, and founder of Well + Wild. This space was born from my own winding path through burnout, hormone imbalance, autoimmune struggles, and the everyday chaos of motherhood. I know what it’s like to feel like you're doing all the “right” things and still not feel like yourself.

Well + Wild is where real life meets real wellness. I’m passionate about helping women reconnect with their energy, balance their hormones, and build a home and body that feel steady, supported, and strong. With a blend of practical science, honest encouragement, and a big dose of grace, I’m here to walk with you toward a more vibrant, rooted version of health.
