I am so happy you are here! I am Laura- wife, mama to two little wild children, and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
Health is not a place we arrive, but rather a journey we adapt to for our entire lives. Like any journey, it ebbs and flows. My own journey has been no different. I experienced debilitating symptoms in my early 20s - hair falling out, being too tired to function, acne, being so inflamed I was puffy and red - I was then told it was just aging. Later, I experienced two difficult pregnancies, hard postpartum seasons, thyroid imbalances, digestive disturbances, and autoimmunity. Throughout all of this, I have learned that how I treat my body makes all the difference in how I feel, and how I heal. I always thought of food as neutral- not affecting my health at all, just there to satisfy...but I could not have been more misguided. Food is the raw material that fills our cells and the very information that guides our body to function.
As a mama and business owner with a household to manage and all the things, I rely on my health to keep me going. I need to have energy to get out of bed in the morning and go all day. Energy slumps in the late afternoon, intense food cravings, non-stop bloating, relying on caffeine, brain fog blocking my thoughts- all get in the way of my ability to be a patient mother, joyful wife, focused entrepreneur, and thoughtful nutrition coach.

Nutrition can completely change the way you feel each day. We have so many other things to worry about, we should not be spending all of our time worrying about how to eat healthy, counting calories, or working out for hours. I am here to help you find that balance.
