Whole-Roasted Chicken
I started to cook whole chickens because you can get more bang for your buck! They cost less, so it's easier to afford quality protein (in this case, pasture-raised and organic). Additionally, they provide a lot of food for the week ahead. I also love having the shredded meat on hand to put on salads for lunches throughout the week.
