Nutritional therapy is effective because food is powerful. What we feed ourselves isn’t just for taste, fullness, or even fuel. We feed every system and organ and cell in our bodies the raw materials they need to function. Food is the basis of everything! With that mindset, it's easy to see that what we eat affects everything! But- if our bodies are not in balance, we cannot always absorb, use, or convert those nutrients to be appropriately used. 5 Tips for saving time in the kitchen
Getting dinner on the table is one of the hardest parts of the day! I don’t know about you, but by dinner time I am exhausted from the day. It takes a lot of effort to decide what to eat, cook it, hope your little people actually eat it, and then clean it up! Trying to eat healthy meals on top of all that make it even more of a challenge. Here are 5 tips I try to implement to help ease the load, save time, and still make healthy, nutrient-dense meals for dinner.
